Harbor Haven Residential Services provides person-centered home and community-based support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the greater Indianapolis area. Its services include residential habilitation and support, with individualized assistance to live safely at home and develop greater independence. Participant assistance and care offers hands-on help with daily activities and personal care. Day habilitation supports skill-building, social connection, and participation in community activities. Harbor Haven also provides wellness coordination, including coordination of health services and communication with providers, as well as planned or emergency respite for primary caregivers. Transportation is available for travel to services, appointments, and activities.
