Our Little Ways

Our Little Ways provides feeding and settling support for families in the Bundaberg Region, with consultations available through home visits or virtual calls. The service is led by Jo Cowan, a paediatric nurse, midwife and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant with more than 30 years of experience working with mothers and babies. Jo takes a gentle, respectful approach, helping parents make informed choices that suit their baby and family.

Services include pre-birth consultations to help families prepare for breastfeeding and early parenting, personalised lactation consultations, and support with settling a baby. Home visits offer breastfeeding guidance in the comfort of the family’s own home, while settling consultations focus on strategies for a calmer baby that respect both the baby’s needs and parents’ instincts. Consultations can be booked online, and home visits are available by appointment. Families can contact Jo by phone or message to discuss support and arrange a visit. Our Little Ways aims to make the early parenting experience more positive and rewarding for parents, babies and their families.
