OUTIMAT, based in Haute-Savoie since 1983, is a specialist distributor and importer of cutting, forming, and abrasive tools for the mechanical industry and turning in the 74 region. They offer a wide range of products such as cutting tools, deformations tools, abrasives, machine tool equipment, peripheral equipment, and custom fabrication services. The company has expanded through strategic acquisitions, integrating expertise in cold rolling tools and specific cutting tool manufacturing.
With the integration of OSF for custom tool production and PRECITOOL France for new tool types, OUTIMAT has diversified its offerings to meet market demands. The company weathered the 2008-2009 crisis by expanding into the Lyon region and later merging with DEFI in Saint-Chamond to optimize resources.
