Outlook Mountain Mission, Inc. (OMMI) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to bringing compassionate, Christ-centered healthcare to underserved communities in Guatemala. Working in partnership with established local churches, the organization helps create and sustain medical clinics that address physical needs while supporting church ministry and sharing the Gospel.

OMMI supports both mobile medical outreach and permanent clinics. Volunteer medical teams travel to Guatemala twice a year to provide free evaluations, treatment, and medications, serving approximately 1,200 to 1,500 patients during each weeklong clinic. The organization also funds year-round, brick-and-mortar facilities offering healthcare, chronic disease management, and essential medications at no cost to patients. Its first permanent clinic opened in Conrado de la Cruz in January 2023, and OMMI is working with a local church to establish another in Las Marías.

Through donor contributions, OMMI helps local churches meet the costs of land, construction, medical licensing, and ongoing clinic operations. Its broader mission work has also included church construction, Vacation Bible Schools, and pastor training.
