by Outpost Beach Club

Outpost Beach Club is a sand volleyball and event center in Mishawaka, Indiana, known for its regulation courts filled with real Lake Michigan beach sand. The facility has served the regional volleyball community for more than 30 years, offering a welcoming mix of fun, competition, and social connection.

Outpost runs adult co-ed leagues in sixes, quads, and doubles, along with junior leagues for girls and boys, including co-ed options. Youth programs begin at fourth grade, and the center also offers camps, private and small-group coaching, and team training. Led by coach Steve Anderson, training can cover setting, hitting, blocking, digging, serving, and conditioning in the sand.

Beyond volleyball, Outpost rents its venue for parties, events, and beach-themed gatherings, with available dates on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The Outpost Bar serves cold beer, spritzers, pizza by the slice, water, and Gatorade. With fully lit courts and organized programs, the center offers players and guests a distinctive place to play, train, and gather.
