Out-run Frederiksund

OUT-RUN Frederikssund is a Danish running club built around exercise, encouragement and a welcoming community. With more than 100 runners, it offers opportunities for beginners and experienced athletes alike, including those preparing for longer distances. Members can choose from four groups: Team High5, Team 7up, Team Pace and Team walk’n’talk, making it easier to find a suitable pace and style of participation.

The club holds training sessions three times a week, on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6 p.m. and Saturdays at 9 a.m. Training generally begins at Frederikssund swimming pool on Bonderupvej 2c, although some sessions start elsewhere. Its programme follows a four-week cycle, with a lighter recovery week every fourth week to reduce distance and intensity.

Alongside regular group runs, OUT-RUN promotes social events throughout the year and a supportive atmosphere at training and races around Denmark. The club also offers branded club clothing and shares photos and information through its website and Facebook page.
