Oval15

Oval15 is a global rugby recruitment platform connecting players, coaches, and clubs with opportunities across established and emerging rugby nations. The company works with more than 600 clubs worldwide and supports candidates at different career stages, from those seeking a first overseas contract to experienced professionals looking to progress or extend their playing careers. Its platform features player profiles with rugby CVs, match footage, statistics, and achievements, alongside live club vacancies that members can browse and apply for. Players can access the platform through a monthly membership, while club registration is free and enables teams to post vacancies, search candidate profiles, and receive applications.

Beyond recruitment, Oval15 provides personalised career guidance, contract and salary negotiation support, and assistance with visas, work permits, World Rugby clearances, and transfer documentation. Its support continues after placement, helping players navigate arrival, accommodation queries, and cultural adjustment. By combining international club connections with practical, ongoing guidance, Oval15 aims to make global rugby pathways more accessible and help clubs find suitable talent.
