Overlab

Overlab is an Italian company helping manufacturing businesses measure and reduce their environmental impact through digital technology. Its solutions are designed to make decarbonization practical and economically beneficial, supporting lower costs, more efficient operations, and improved competitiveness.

At the centre of its offering is Greenverse®, a platform that brings production and sustainability data together in a single dashboard. Custom IIoT sensors monitor machinery, departments, energy use, and material consumption in real time. The system helps businesses identify emissions and waste across production processes, track product carbon footprints, and turn operational data into opportunities for improvement. Overlab also provides automated reports to support audits, stakeholders, funding applications, and European compliance requirements, including those relating to the Digital Product Passport and Industry 5.0.

The company describes installation as plug-and-play, allowing sensors to be introduced without stopping production. By combining monitoring, analysis, and optimization, Overlab aims to help clients reduce energy consumption and CO₂ emissions while improving efficiency. Its website features customer case studies, a savings simulator, resources, FAQs, and demo bookings.
