Overstory is a contemporary cocktail bar on the 64th floor of 70 Pine Street in Manhattan’s Financial District, one floor above SAGA Restaurant. Its indoor space is framed by a wraparound terrace offering 360-degree views of the New York City skyline. Guests arrive through the building’s red marble-clad lobby and take a dedicated elevator before continuing up a travertine stairwell.

The bar serves inventive cocktails alongside beer, wine, non-alcoholic drinks, and a focused food menu. Signature cocktails combine spirits with distinctive ingredients such as cherry blossom, yuzu, snap pea, curry leaf, and clarified milk; guests can also choose no-alcohol options. Food ranges from snacks and small plates, including pickles, hummus, croquettes, and mackerel, to a lobster roll, hamachi hand roll, fried chicken, and cheese.

Overstory accepts reservations for parties of two to six and welcomes walk-ins when space is available. Larger gatherings can be arranged through private events, with the venue suited to indoor-outdoor receptions, wedding celebrations, film productions, and media events.
