Over The Top Chef

Over The Top Chef is a chef-led food and dining business founded by Executive Chef Ender Oktayuren, whose culinary career began in Madison County, Virginia. After culinary school in Chicago and training with Certified Master Chef Tim Bucci, Chef Ender worked in acclaimed kitchens, including Michelin-starred Sixteen Restaurant, and led kitchens at the World of Whirlpool and Steadfast at the Gray. His cooking blends fine-dining precision and artistic presentation with modern ideas and seasonal, local flavors.

The business brings its food to guests through a food truck featuring a continually changing seasonal menu, with dishes such as Smack & Cheese, fried chicken and ultra-crunch fries. It also offers personalized in-home dining, creating progressive seasonal tasting menus of five to 20 courses. For weddings, Over The Top Chef provides custom menus and options ranging from food-truck service to on-site catering. The team also caters special events, including birthdays, graduations, corporate gatherings, food festivals and farmers’ markets. Menus are tailored to each occasion, with tastings available for wedding clients.
