About Ohio Valley Region
The Ohio Valley Region (OVR), Inc. is a regional volleyball association of USA Volleyball, serving Ohio, West Virginia, and seven bordering counties in Western Pennsylvania. As the largest of USA Volleyball’s 40 regional associations, OVR works to promote and develop the sport throughout its territory. It supports players, parents, clubs, coaches, directors, and referees with membership information, resources, and opportunities to participate in volleyball.
OVR organizes and promotes events for junior and adult participants, including tryouts, regional championships, All-Star Championships, and competitive bid qualifiers for the USAV Junior National Championships. It also offers membership registration and provides access to resources such as SafeSport information, documents, and referee-related guidance. OVR highlights member benefits that include high-level adult background screening and annual membership initiatives. Its website shares event details, news, partner information, and links to membership and administrative services. Through these programs and resources, the organization connects the regional volleyball community and supports participation across its service area.
