OWN LONDON is a multidisciplinary design and property studio based at 6 Salem Road in London. Its work brings together architecture, luxury interior design, spatial planning and property development, guided by the belief that individual personality and place should shape each project. The studio’s portfolio includes more than 30 projects in prime central London, spanning residential, hospitality and commercial spaces.
For residential clients, OWN LONDON undertakes complete home remodelling, contemporary new builds and boutique turnkey developments. Its commercial work ranges from business addresses and private family offices to retail, bar and restaurant design. The studio offers an integrated approach, designing, constructing, developing and managing property in-house to coordinate creative vision and detailed delivery.
Founder Alex Labridis leads a team of more than 60 professionals, including RIBA architects, BIID interior designers, chartered engineers, contractors, craftsmen, artists, researchers and property managers. Rather than follow a single aesthetic, the team applies cross-disciplinary imagination and innovation to create distinctive spaces focused on quality and the needs of the people who use them.
