Own The Doge is a brand that brings together a passionate community of dog lovers and collectors. At the heart of this brand is The Doge NFT, a collection of iconic images featuring the adorable Shiba Inu, Kabosu. Originally shared by Atsuko Sato on her blog, these images have become legendary in the world of memes.
Through the recent minting of these images as NFTs on Ethereum, The Doge NFT has gained immense value and popularity. PleasrDAO acquired the iconic Doge image at auction, making it the most valuable meme NFT ever sold. However, PleasrDAO has now made it possible for everyone to own a share of this historic meme by fractionalizing it into a governance token called DOG.
Owners of DOG have the power to shape the future of Doge by participating in the Doge DAO. They can submit proposals and ideas for what Doge should do next, and the DAO may provide funding for community-favored projects through Bark Tank, an incubator for expanding The Doge NFT ecosystem. In addition, DOG holders can also lock their tokens to mint exclusive 'Doge Pixel' NFTs at the Doge Pixel Portal.
These holders gain access to monthly perks, mints, and drops known as Pixel Perks. Join the Own The Doge community today and become a part of this beloved internet phenomenon. Connect with fellow enthusiasts on their Discord, Twitter, or other social media channels.
Explore the whitepaper for more details and get inspired by the exciting possibilities that lie ahead. Are you ready to own a piece of internet history? Bark, tweet, or submit your ideas to help shape the future of Doge!
