Epic Advisors is a finance consulting firm and execution partner for the Office of the CFO. It works with CEOs, CFOs and finance teams, and middle-market private equity sponsors to improve financial visibility, strengthen operations and support decisions that create enterprise value. Its approach—Delete, Automate, Elevate—targets unnecessary work, shifts repeatable tasks to technology and frees finance professionals to focus on judgment and strategy.

The firm offers CFO services, including treasury and liquidity management, reporting design, M&A support and private equity transition assistance. Its FP&A services cover planning function build-outs, budgets, forecasts, KPI development and reporting pipelines. Treasury and working capital work includes order-to-cash discovery, 13-week cash flow modeling, working capital optimization and banking-to-ledger automation.

Epic Advisors also supports performance improvement, enterprise transformation, turnaround and strategic advisory, alongside transaction services such as financial due diligence, carve-outs, stand-alone financials and post-close integration. Its finance technology services assess and select systems, connect and monitor data, and build dynamic reporting using existing platforms.
