OWPN is a Cluj-Napoca initiative supporting the people and culture of electronic music. Built for those who keep dancefloors alive, it brings the scene together through four connected parts: an academy, an artist agency, a record label and awards. Its free European academy is designed to support emotional and professional growth, offering a community where artists can connect, learn and develop in a safe, collaborative environment. The agency focuses on artists, events and partnerships, while OWPN Music presents releases by artists associated with the agency. OWPN Awards aims to recognize the artists and other people shaping the electronic music scene.
The initiative has grown from a local project into a presence in Romania’s electronic music community. Its work to date includes more than 100 workshops covering music production and personal development, four OWPN Camp editions, festival music spots, producer jam sessions, and collaborations with psychotherapists, mentors and cultural events. Together, these efforts reflect OWPN’s goal of helping artists grow, perform, create and contribute to the culture in a meaningful and healthy way.
