Oxford Rugby Football Club (Oxford RFC) is a community-focused rugby club based at North Hinksey Park in Oxford. Proudly player-led and rooted in local tradition, the club welcomes people of all abilities and experience, with an emphasis on inclusion, teamwork and enjoyment. Its rugby programme spans senior teams, Oxford Nomads, Colts, and Mini and Juniors, offering opportunities for boys and girls across age groups. New and experienced players are invited to attend Sunday training, with optional midweek sessions also available.
The club shares its heritage through Nomads 1909, named for the original Oxford rugby team founded in that year. Its renovated clubhouse and grounds are available to hire for sports and social events, providing a venue for gatherings in Oxford and the surrounding area. The Nomads 1909 bar is a free house, serving draught lagers, ciders and ales, as well as Guinness. Oxford RFC also shares club news, fixtures, results and events, and invites local people to get involved, attend activities or enquire about membership and venue hire.
