Öxneholm blev grundlagt som WP Kød i 1972, og vi har lige siden opstarten produceret og leveret velsmagende kvalitetskød til alle segmenter af den danske HoReCa-branche. Vi har med stolthed og ordentlighed bestræbt os på at varetage vores kunders behov, og altid med vores passion for smagfuldt kød først. Vi beskæftiger i dag ca. 70 medarbejdere fordelt på alt fra chauffører til produktion og administration, og vi spænder over en bred aldersgruppe fra 20 til 63 år - men fælles for os alle er at vi elsker kød. Vi elsker virkelig kød, men da nogle af vores kerneværdier er ærlighed og ansvarlighed, anerkender vi samtidig at kødproduktion er klimabelastende. Vi har derfor sat os for at levere det mest smagfulde kød, der kan produceres bæredygtigt. Når du køber og nyder Öxenholm, kan du altså have tillid til at vores kød er produceret og leveret med den størst mulige hensyntagen til global bæredygtighed, som beskrevet i FN’s 17 klimamål. Med omstillingen til Öxenholm har vi iværksat en dynamisk proces med gennemgang af alle produktionsprocesser, lige fra i råvarernes oprindelsesland til den nære produktion på virksomheden i Roskilde. Vi har altså startet en udvikling henimod at blive en så ansvarlig og bæredygtig leverandør som overhovedet muligt. Og det er vi meget stolte af! Öxneholm stræber således efter at være det mest velsmagende og bæredygtigt producerede kød, du kan servere for dine gæster. Öxneholm er ganske enkelt ”Kærlighed til kød”. -Velbekomme
