Established in 1969 by Refik ULU, the company expanded its operations to include both distribution and publishing in 1982. Although Refik ULU passed away in 1995, his brother Erol ULU took over and propelled the company to new heights.

Additionally, their publications meet the criteria for the titles of Recognized International Publisher in several fundamental areas, based on the criteria for associate professorship applications.
