OzKids is an Australian platform dedicated to nurturing children’s interest in writing, literature and the arts. Published by the Australian Children’s Literary Board, an initiative of the Children’s Charity Network, it gives young writers and artists a place to share their work, receive assessment from a panel of experts and showcase approved entries in its online gallery. Selected contributions may also appear in OzKids in Print, with annual awards recognising outstanding work across categories that include writing and art.

Children can create a free account to submit stories, poems and artwork, with up to five entries permitted per category. The website also features recent submissions, award-winning work, author insights, news and book reviews written by young readers. For readers and supporters, OzKids offers a quarterly printed magazine through individual and school memberships. Individual membership includes one copy of each edition for $45 per year, while school membership provides five copies per edition for $99 per year.
