The company describes its cars as rideshare-ready, with comprehensive insurance included and current E-Safety inspections completed.

Rentals start at $220 per week, with a 10% discount included in the advertised rates. A minimum three-week commitment applies, followed by flexible week-to-week rentals without a long-term lock-in. Customers can compare rates and upfront costs, apply online, verify their phone and provide driver and address documents before collection. Pickup and return are arranged through hubs in Homebush, Parramatta, Blacktown and Schofields, with vehicles returned to the original pickup location. OzMates offers local support and booking assistance by phone and WhatsApp. Rental vehicles are approved for rideshare, food delivery and personal use.
