About P4CDA
The GODAN Programme for Capacity Development (GP4CD) is a non-profit organization mandated by GODAN to support the realization of the spirit of the Nairobi Declaration. Our primary goal is to promote the creation and implementation of open data platforms and the adoption of technology and tools in the agricultural sector, particularly in South-South countries. We offer a wide range of programmes and services, including Capacity Building, Data Sourcing Platforms, E-learning, Education and Learning, and Research initiatives.
Our FarmHub-FoodHub initiative focuses on creating demand for food supplies from FarmHubs, while our Gender Action Learning System (GALS) empowers women and men through community-led methodologies. We also promote innovation for development and support the development of applications and data sourcing platforms in agriculture.
At GP4CD, we work with various partners to support and sustain national-level platforms for open data in agriculture, and to equip developing countries with insights and guidance to release and reuse data for growth and improved service delivery. Join us in this transformative journey to support agriculture and nutrition through open data.
