Paardenfysiotherapeutnl

Paardenfysiotherapeut.nl is an initiative of Bartels Instituut, providing information and resources about equine physiotherapy and massage. The site explains how a qualified animal physiotherapist can help horses with movement-related concerns, including stiffness, back or muscle problems, reduced performance, and difficulty bending or jumping. It also highlights the value of preventive assessment, even when a horse has no obvious symptoms.

Visitors can learn what to expect during an examination, which may take place at the horse’s stable and include an interview, physical assessment, and observation of movement. Afterward, the therapist explains findings and recommends treatment, training or management advice, exercises, or referral to another animal-care professional when appropriate.

For people interested in developing their skills, Bartels Instituut offers a training course to become a sports masseur for horses, suitable for those seeking professional work or personal development. Horse owners can also use the website’s national register to find a recognized, professional equine sports masseur. Overall, the brand connects practical guidance, education, and access to equine care.
