Paard en Groei

Paard en G.r.o.e.i. is a horse-assisted coaching and horsemanship practice in Nederweert-Eind, the Netherlands, founded by Joke Raijmakers. It supports people seeking greater self-understanding, balance, and connection, using horses to help reveal patterns, beliefs, and feelings that may be difficult to express in words. Sessions are available to people of all ages, and work with children also involves their parents and family system.

Services include individual coaching, systemic and family constellation work, and horsemanship lessons focused on building a connection with horses. Sessions take place on the ground at the practice; work with a client’s own horse may also include riding. The practice offers a 40-week group programme for gifted and highly sensitive young people who are struggling with education or wellbeing. Other options include team coaching and teambuilding, workshops, talks, walks with ponies, and activities for different ages. Visitors can also stay in simple two-person accommodation, with the option to arrange a short retreat combining an overnight stay with activities such as coaching or a walk with the horses.
