Paardenservice Thermografie provides contactless, non-invasive thermographic examinations to help identify potential problem areas in animals. Active in the Benelux since 2003, the service focuses primarily on horses and also examines dogs and cats. Thermography maps temperature differences across the body, offering additional information that may support diagnosis and treatment planning.

For horses, examinations can help investigate irregular movement, lameness, stiffness, reluctance to work, stumbling, girthiness, and other changes in behaviour or movement. The service reports that thermal imaging can reveal responses associated with issues such as kissing spine, arthritis and tendon injuries, and may highlight some developing tendon problems before they are visible on ultrasound. For dogs and cats, examinations can help assess concerns including lameness, bodily tension and digestive-system problems.

Paardenservice Thermografie does not treat animals, maintaining independence during examinations. Clients receive a PDF report containing images and findings to share with their practitioner.
