About PACE Uganda
PACE - Programme for Accessible health, Communication, and Education is a local non-governmental organization dedicated to improving health outcomes in Uganda. With a mission aligned to the Ministry of Health, PACE implements programs aimed at addressing key health concerns such as HIV/AIDS, malaria, WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene), child health, and reproductive health.
For over a decade, PACE has been at the forefront of community health response interventions, impacting the lives of people across the country. They have successfully collaborated with various funding partners including the CDC, USAID, The Global Fund, Against Malaria Foundation, and 4Life Solutions to implement programs with fidelity.
PACE focuses on a range of key programs, including Malaria Prevention & Treatment, HIV/TB Prevention, Care & Treatment, Reproductive Maternal Newborn Child & Adolescent Health, Tuberculosis Programming, and GBV Programming. They strive to empower vulnerable groups, such as adolescents, women, and the military, by providing integrated and client-centered services.
Through their dedicated efforts, PACE is creating a community of empowered Ugandans who are equipped to sustain healthy behavior and make significant contributions to the health priorities outlined by the Ministry of Health.
