Pace 2000 Homes

PACE 2000 is a family-run custom home builder serving Florida’s Treasure Coast, with a focus on Martin and St. Lucie counties. The company draws on four generations of Italian craftsmanship and more than 40 years of experience, guided by the principle of building each home as if it were its own. It reports having built more than 1,000 homes and emphasizes quality materials, careful construction, and personal supervision by its president.

PACE 2000 offers a one-stop approach to custom homebuilding, supporting clients from initial design and floor plans through permits, construction, delivery, and aftercare. Its team works with homeowners to develop tailored plans, while also offering six pre-designed models: Barbados, Driftwood, Essex, Key Largo, Sailfish, and Venetian. The company provides virtual tours and invites prospective buyers to visit its Key Largo model home in Port St. Lucie. PACE 2000 builds in communities including Stuart, Jupiter, Hobe Sound, Jensen Beach, Palm City, Port St. Lucie, and Fort Pierce.
