About PACE
PACE is a brand that aims to support the integration process of individuals with criminal convictions and bring about positive change in their lives. They work with individuals who have caused harm and have been harmed, addressing various issues like addiction, mental health, and homelessness. PACE follows an assisted desistance and strengths-based approach to facilitate safer integration into society.
Supported by The Probation Service, CDETB, POBAL, An Garda Síochána, and other agencies, PACE offers a range of services including prevention, training, social enterprise, and accommodation. The brand is governed by a Board of Management comprising seven members who oversee strategy and overall governance. Transparency and accountability are paramount to PACE, and they adhere to best practice frameworks such as the Charities Regulator's Charities Governance Code and the General Data Protection Regulation.
