Pacific Empire League

The Pacific Empire League (PEL) is a summer collegiate baseball organization focused on high-level competition and player development across the West Coast. Its mission is to provide collegiate players with exceptional opportunities to compete, improve, and prepare for the next level, supported by advanced technology and a professional baseball experience. The League features established member teams and communities, with a history that includes hundreds of players who have gone on to professional baseball.

PEL organizes its summer season, standings, playoffs, championship series, awards, and All-League selections, while member teams independently manage player recruitment and roster decisions. It also recognizes the contributions of coaches, executives, volunteers, host families, partners, umpires, and fans who help make each season possible. Technology partnerships, including Trackman, support player development and the sharing of performance highlights. New Era is the League’s championship-cap partner and the official on-field cap provider for the Healdsburg Prune Packers. The PEL also welcomes interest from established summer collegiate programs seeking to apply for future membership and expand the League’s competitive community.
