Pacific Islands Health and Education Limited (PIHEL) is an Australian charity and Public Benevolent Institution registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission. Based in Queensland, it works to improve the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of people in need across Pacific Island communities, with a particular focus on Northern Vanuatu. PIHEL partners with the local Vanuatu charity Medical Santo to strengthen health outcomes and support people in need.

The organisation supports vital medical services through medical centres and promotes education and training to build local skills and employment opportunities. Its work also includes developing local infrastructure to enable additional services, and supporting a new radiology and pathology facility, as well as disability and allied health services. PIHEL welcomes volunteers and appeals for doctors, nurses and support staff to help meet urgent needs. Donations are encouraged to support its charitable work. Through its health, education and community-focused initiatives, PIHEL aims to relieve sickness and suffering and extend learning opportunities to people experiencing poverty, disadvantage or misfortune.
