Packly is an online trading-card platform where users can browse and open digital packs, with the chance to receive physical cards. The site highlights Pokémon packs and lists One Piece as coming soon. Packly states that every pack has provably fair odds, which users can verify, and that pulls can be withdrawn as real cards shipped to their door. This combines the experience of opening packs online with access to collectible cards that can be redeemed for delivery.

Beyond pack browsing, Packly features a marketplace, collectors rewards, a leaderboard, and live activity showing recent pulls and big hits. The site also promotes live Raid activity and provides sign-in and account registration options. Packly says payments are secured by Stripe and directs users to its support email for assistance. Its website includes links to information about how the service works, provably fair odds, patch notes, terms of service, and privacy. Packly notes that it is not affiliated with The Pokémon Company International.
