Padel Champions partners with councils, leisure centres, and sports clubs to create and operate padel facilities across Sussex, the South East, and the wider UK. The company offers a fully funded model: partners provide suitable space, while Padel Champions finances, designs, develops, builds, and runs the club. Commercial arrangements can be based on rent or profit sharing, tailored to the site and partnership.
Its services cover every stage, from assessing a venue and shaping the commercial model to managing design, planning, and construction. Once a club is built, Padel Champions oversees day-to-day operations, including bookings, maintenance, and activities. The aim is to help landowners make productive use of their space, create an income opportunity, and introduce a welcoming sporting facility for local communities.
Padel clubs are designed to accommodate beginners and regular players, with opportunities to explore local participation, coaching, and community use. One forthcoming project is three covered courts at Hart Leisure Centre in Fleet, Hampshire, developed in partnership with Everyone Active and Hart District Council and scheduled to open in November 2026.
