Pädagogin mit Herz is a family-support and parenting-consultation practice founded by Ina Hadameck, a state-recognised early childhood educator based in Freinsheim, Germany. With a degree in childhood education and professional experience across child and youth services, including residential care, emergency placement, day groups and school support, Ina offers empathetic guidance tailored to each family’s needs.

Her individual one-to-one consultations address a wide range of topics, including everyday parenting questions, children’s emotions and behaviour, family communication and conflict resolution. Families can also seek support with child development, digital media and screen time, separation and divorce, parental stress and self-care, choosing childcare, strengthening parent-child bonds, and encouraging children’s independence. The aim is to help families find practical strategies and build a calmer, more harmonious daily life.

Ina is also the author of a contribution to the children’s book “Zwischen Wut im Bauch, Mut im Herzen und Angst im Kopf,” which explores children’s feelings and includes guidance on co-regulation and self-regulation.
