PAFA is a patient transport and passenger service based in Delmenhorst, operated by PLD UG (haftungsbeschränkt). It specializes in radiation treatment journeys and also provides other medical transport for patients. The service operates in Delmenhorst and nearby areas, including Hude, Schierbrok, the municipality of Ganderkesee, and Bookholzberg.

PAFA aims to make treatment-related travel more manageable. It offers free transport to an initial radiation consultation or follow-up examination and helps arrange approval from health insurance providers. Drivers wait at the destination, and one accompanying person may travel at no charge. For people attending alone, a driver can also accompany them to the initial consultation. Small detours, such as visiting a pharmacy or collecting a prescription, are included at no extra charge.

Vehicles have accessible entry and seating heights, air conditioning, and regular maintenance. Drivers have completed ADAC safety training. PAFA also seeks to reduce paperwork and provide a supportive point of contact. Its website includes a booking form and patient information about transport prescriptions, rehabilitation, and hospital stays.
