PAHL

Polar Adult Hockey League (PAHL) is an adult hockey league organized into four regional conferences in the Raleigh area: Central at Polar Ice Raleigh, North at Polar Ice Wake Forest, South at Polar Ice Cary and Garner, and West at Invisalign Arena at WCC. The league provides conference-specific information, schedules, and statistics to help players follow their competition and plan their participation.

PAHL offers registration for its conferences, including Fall 2026 registration. Players must receive permission from a team captain before signing up. Those who need a team can submit a registration form to join the waitlist, while goalies can register as substitutes; prospective substitute goalies are asked to contact a league director. The league’s website also provides access to a calendar, resources, and contact information for its adult hockey directors. Ryan Tice is listed as PAHL Regional Hockey Director, and Jake Miles as Assistant Hockey Director. PAHL is presented as a community-focused adult hockey organization serving players across its four local conference locations.
