Paint my Day is the art service of Dutch artist Jeannette Spierings, who creates personal impressionist paintings to preserve meaningful occasions. With more than 25 years of education and practical experience, Jeannette paints live at weddings, parties and other special events. Guests can watch the artwork take shape as the celebration unfolds, while the hosts enjoy the day without posing.
Beforehand, Jeannette discusses preferred people, colours and details; on the day, she paints on location for around four to five hours. Depending on the chosen option, the finished work is completed at the event or refined later at home. Live Painting packages include a 60-by-80-centimetre canvas, with options focused on the couple and children or on a wider group and the atmosphere.
Custom arrangements are also available. Paint my Day offers Afterpaint as well: a commissioned impressionist painting based on a supplied photograph, with the opportunity to discuss the composition, review an initial sketch and request one round of adjustments. Paintings can be collected, with shipping available by arrangement
