PaintMyPicture creates custom, hand-painted portraits from customers’ photos, turning meaningful memories into original works of art. Customers upload a photo and select a style and size, then a real artist paints the image by hand. Available styles include oil, acrylic, watercolor, charcoal, and color pencil, with options such as textured embellishments and personalized messages. Artists can also combine separate pictures to bring people together in one portrait.

The service caters to a wide range of occasions and subjects, including family portraits, weddings, anniversaries, graduations, birthdays, religious milestones, and retirement celebrations. It also offers tributes honoring loved ones, parents, pets, and military service, as well as memorial paintings. Before completing payment, customers can review and approve a rendering; a 20% deposit starts the order, with the remaining balance due after approval. PaintMyPicture promotes a satisfaction guarantee, offering to make things right or refund customers who are not satisfied, along with free shipping and careful packaging. The brand emphasizes that customer photos remain private and are not sold or used in advertisements.
