Paladarcolorido

Paladar Colorido is the work of Ana Carolina, a nutritionist with a master’s degree in Nutrition and Health and specialist training in maternal and child nutrition, autism and ADHD, food selectivity, and eating disorders. She created the Smart Kids Methodology to help families address children’s eating difficulties and make mealtimes calmer and more positive. Through the free Destrave Alimentar week, parents and caregivers can learn practical strategies for children aged six months to 13 years.

The program covers shared mealtime responsibilities, establishing a food routine, and presenting meals in ways that encourage children’s interest in food through the “Prato Smart” approach. Participants also hear Ana Carolina’s account of helping her daughter Lavínia overcome food selectivity and develop enjoyment of healthy foods. A personalized questionnaire gives families the opportunity to describe their challenges and receive tailored guidance.
