Paladin

Paladin provides drone-as-first-responder technology for public safety agencies, giving dispatchers and responders real-time aerial intelligence before ground units arrive. Its platform integrates with dispatch workflows and can automatically launch drones from a dock when an incident is reported. En route, drones transmit live information to command teams and responding units; on scene, aerial and thermal views help assess conditions and coordinate a safer response. After a mission, the drone returns autonomously to its dock to recharge.

Paladin’s product suite includes Knighthawk 2.0, Paladin EXT, Watchtower, and a drone fleet trade-in program. The company describes its system as plug-and-play, designed to help departments add aerial response capabilities without building complex aviation programs. Cellular connectivity can extend drone operating range beyond radio-frequency limits. Paladin also offers dedicated 24/7 public safety support and works with agencies serving communities of different sizes. Its deployments support police, fire, EMS, and search operations, with customer examples reporting faster situational awareness, broader coverage, and some 911 calls resolved without an officer dispatch.
