Palazzo Ricci is a private residence club offering shared ownership in a restored 18th-century palace in Casoli, a medieval town in Italy’s Abruzzo region. The project is designed for people seeking a way to enjoy an Italian residence without managing a second home on their own. Its 14 planned residences will feature high-quality finishes, fully equipped gourmet kitchens, and carefully selected interiors, with five residence types available. The palace is described as fully staffed, and ownership is intended to provide a convenient, flexible holiday-home experience.
Located among the cobbled streets, cafes, and markets of Casoli, Palazzo Ricci offers access to the surrounding countryside, Apennine Mountains, and Adriatic Sea. Owners can also use the club’s exchange relationship with Elite Alliance, a network of residence clubs and professionally managed vacation homes in destinations around the world. Through shared ownership, the brand brings together historic Italian surroundings, residential comforts, and opportunities for travel beyond Abruzzo. Its stated vision also emphasizes connection to the local community and creating lasting family memories.
