Its developing app is designed to help athletes keep training, body weight and competition schedules on track. Features include daily check-ins, connected training plans, competition tracking, review of placings and results, and an exclusive strength-training library.

PALESTRA describes the app as a coaching assistant and a tool to support preparation, not a replacement for qualified, in-person coaching or medical advice. The app is currently in development, and its preview layouts and data are illustrative; access is not yet live.
