Palestra Sport Life este

Palestra Sport Life is a fitness and sports training centre offering a varied timetable of group classes and physical activities. Its programme spans general fitness and conditioning, indoor cycling, functional training, walking and high-intensity interval training, calisthenics, Pilates and postural exercise. Participants can also choose martial arts and combat-inspired classes, including Aikido, fit boxing and kickboxing, alongside dance options such as Salsation, fusion dance and belly dance at different levels.

The centre’s courses accommodate a range of interests and experience, from introductory belly dance for newcomers to further-level classes, and from accessible Pilates sessions to structured martial arts practice. Aikido is presented as a cooperative discipline focused on connection, calmness and personal development, while fit boxing combines aerobic movement and martial arts techniques to music. The schedule lists weekday sessions, with fitness training available throughout much of the day and selected classes held in dedicated rooms. Palestra Sport Life also provides course planning, a gallery and contact information through its website.
