Palliser Estate is a New Zealand wine producer based in Martinborough, where it has crafted wines for more than 30 years. Inspired by the rugged landscape of Cape Palliser and the character of the Martinborough Terrace, the estate focuses on expressing its site, soil, climate and seasons through carefully made wines. Its range includes elegant Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, available in still and sparkling styles, alongside Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Rosé, Riesling and Syrah. Palliser offers organic wines and wines on their way to being organic, with selected releases receiving recognition, including a Decanter Platinum award for Hua Nui 2024.
Customers can shop online, access global distributors, or visit the Martinborough Cellar Door and Kitchen for wine tastings and meals. The Kitchen, led by Chef Norka Mella Munoz and awarded one Cuisine Hat, serves seasonal dishes made with fresh local produce, designed to pair with Palliser wines.
