One of our esteemed producer partners is Frantoi Cutrera, a family that has been cultivating olive groves since 1906 near the town of Chiaramonte Gulfi. Led by the visionary Giovanni Cutrera and managed by his three children, Maria, Giuseppina, and Salvatore, they are committed to innovation, education, and sustainability. Their dedication, in addition to their established reputation, makes us proud to collaborate with them.

Founder Jack's personal journey and passion for olive oil led to the creation of Palloncino. After experiencing confusion while shopping for high-quality olive oil, Jack embarked on a quest to educate himself by visiting groves worldwide. The result is Palloncino, a brand he would have chosen himself.
