Serrano

Serrano Valero is an Elche-based family of products and online shop specializing in locally sourced dates, white palm and regional foods. Its white palm is prepared by hand for Palm Sunday, with options including smooth, curled and decorative palms, palm fronds, and smaller palm-leaf designs. The company explains that its palms are harvested through seasonal work on date palms and that smooth white palm varies in color according to sun exposure.

From October, Serrano Valero offers fresh, natural dates harvested from its palm trees in the Elche Palm Grove, with no additives, alongside dried dates. Its wider food range includes fig and date breads, date jam, pomegranate products, honey, extra-virgin olive oil products, wines and liqueurs. Customers can also choose gift baskets featuring local specialties and souvenirs from Elche.

Products are available through the online shop and at the company’s store in central Elche. The business offers free delivery within mainland Spain on orders over €50, as well as free in-store collection and local delivery in Elche.
