Palmer Youth Baseball & Softball Association is a community-based youth sports organization serving families in Palmer, Massachusetts. Established in 1958, it is the town’s longest-running youth sports program. Its mission is to provide a comprehensive baseball and softball experience and encourage players to develop their skills and understanding of the game through proper coaching. The association also aims to make participation possible for every young player, while building strong fundamentals, teamwork, and a lasting connection between the sports and the community.

Programs are organized by age and grade, from instructional baseball and softball for ages 3–5 and coach-pitch for kindergarten through Grade 2 to leagues for older elementary and middle-school players. Families can register players and pay fees online, subject to registration deadlines and team availability. The association also offers team apparel through its shop, supported by periodic order windows. Its volunteer board coordinates baseball, softball, coaching, equipment, fields, fundraising, and parent representation.
