About PS Air Museum
The Palm Springs Air Museum is a premier destination celebrating aviation history, featuring one of the world's largest collections of static and flyable aircraft from World War II through modern conflicts. Open daily from 10 AM to 5 PM, the museum offers an interactive experience with over 75 aircraft across five spacious, air-conditioned hangars, where visitors can closely engage with exhibits. Highlights include dedicated areas for the Pacific and European Theaters, the B-17, as well as Korean and Vietnam War displays.
Notable attractions feature the B-17G “Miss Angela,” interactive youth activities, and a state-of-the-art F-117A Nighthawk hangar. The Ron Auen Theatre screens documentaries, while the museum's gift shop offers a vast selection of aviation-themed merchandise. Educational programs such as youth tours and scholarships, alongside warbird experiences and special events, enhance the museum's mission.
Committed to accessibility, Palm Springs Air Museum invites everyone to explore the rich tapestry of military aviation history in a welcoming environment
