Pampered Postpartum

Pampered Postpartum Doula Care provides in-home support to mothers and families adjusting to life with a newborn. Led by Amy Adams, a certified postpartum doula and newborn care specialist with experience as a preschool teacher, the service focuses on caring for the mother as well as the baby during the postpartum period. Amy draws on her personal experience with postpartum depression and her work with children to offer warm, practical, and nonjudgmental support.

Daytime shifts are available for a minimum of four hours at $45 per hour. Support includes newborn care education, emotional and breastfeeding support, baby-wearing assistance, care for newborns and siblings, laundry, and meal preparation. Overnight shifts are available for a minimum of eight hours, between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m., at $50 per hour. These include overnight newborn care, breastfeeding support, laundry, dishes and tidying, next-day preparations, and light meal preparation.

The service helps parents rest, recover, and bond with their baby while easing household demands and supporting older siblings.
