Panadera is a neighborhood Filipino bakery located just two doors down from Europe's first Filipino Ice Cream Parlour, Mamasons Dirty Ice Cream. The name Panadera translates to female baker in Tagalog, and the brand was inspired by the founders' mothers, Maria Fe and Bec, who were both skilled bakers. In Filipino culture, mothers play a significant role in passing down traditions and heritage through food, and Panadera is an opportunity for the founders to continue that narrative.
Having started with making ice creams, Panadera has now expanded its offerings to include a variety of Filipino baked goods. Their goal is to bring the flavors and culinary traditions of the Philippines to the London food scene, offering innovative and diverse options to their customers.
