Panadería Artiaga is an artisan bakery and pastry business in Buenos Aires, founded in 1931 and now run by its third generation of bakers. The family combines traditional techniques with innovation, teamwork, and carefully selected natural and certified organic ingredients. Its offerings include breads, pastries, cakes, croissants, alfajores, and sweet breads, including panettone, with products made by hand. Ingredients highlighted by the bakery include natural vanilla, Belgian cocoa, Valrhona and Barry Callebaut chocolate, honey, organic flours, eggs, and cheese.
Artiaga’s work has earned national and international recognition, including awards for its traditional bakery, croissants, and panettone. Baker Juan Mar, associated with the business, is an Argentine Panettone Champion and a World Championship runner-up. He also founded Squadrachefs, an academy offering in-person and online masterclasses with pastry and baking professionals. Customers can order online for pickup at the Zapiola location or home delivery. Artiaga operates locations on Zapiola and Avenida Ricardo Balbín in Buenos Aires, and shares a ten-chapter series about its family and craft.
