Panda Gym is a kickboxing and fitness center in Amsterdam Zuidoost, founded by Clyde de Souza. The gym combines sports training with an emphasis on character, confidence, and respect for oneself and others. Its mission includes helping young people develop physically and mentally, while encouraging everyone to reach their potential. New visitors can book a free trial and experience the welcoming community, known as the Panda family.
